
About me: Peta Craig
I am a Registered Nutritionist (through the Nutrition Society of Australia) and primary school teacher. I have a diverse background in food and nutrition, including work in food and nutrition monitoring, food labelling, food composition, dietary analysis, and developing nutrition information.

Throughout my career, the need for easy-to-use, yet high-value food and nutrition resources became more and more evident. The purpose of this portal is for teachers to have access to a range of resources to support their teaching in food and nutrition.
